We are not be able to send sms through email

   * 1)check if the sim are registered: 

Access at the console and type this command: vgsm me show; SIM REGISTERED: voismart-pbx*CLI> vgsm me show Device_0  : READY REGISTERED_HOME 22201 Device_1  : READY REGISTERED_HOME 22201 Device_2  : READY REGISTERED_HOME 22201 Device_3  : READY REGISTERED_HOME 22201


SIM PRESENT or NOT CONFIGURED: voismart-pbx*CLI> vgsm me show Device_0  : WAITING_SIM SIM not present Device_1  : WAITING_SIM SIM not present Device_2  : WAITING_SIM SIM not present Device_3  : WAITING_SIM SIM not present


SIM NOT REGISTERED: voismart-pbx*CLI> vgsm me show Device_0  : READY NOT_REGISTERED Device_1  : READY NOT_REGISTERED Device_2  : READY NOT_REGISTERED Device_3  : READY NOT_REGISTERED

If they is not registered, verify the configuration of the gsm card

   * 2)If the sim are registered, verify if the unified messaging section is configured as showed on the manual: 


   * 3) Verify if you have formatted correctly the email, as the send modality requier

First mode for send a sms through email: This metode to send the SMS throw email function as follow: You set as SMTP server the ip of the pbx on your email client, then the SMS Gateway receive the SMS and send it. Parameter to use fro send the email Recipient : numberoftherecipient@DomainRecipientSMS; Object : Isn't must Required; Message : The text of the SMS; If you use this modality is necessary: we need to configure on your email client that you are using for send the email with sms the SMTP Server the ip address of the SMS Gateway. We suggest you to create a special email account for send this type of email (SMS email) Otherwise, if is present on your local network a DNS you can set it in mode that the email sent to the SMS Domain will be forward to the SMS Gateway.

Second mode for send a sms through email: This metode to send the SMS throw email function as follow: You set a new account on your email client, and you use this account only for send the sms throw email. When you have to send a sms send the email with the right object at the email address account that you useonly for the send sms. The pbx check from the pop3 server of this account if there is new sms to send in this account, then if there is a new sms the SMS gateway sent it. Parameter to use fro send the email Recipient : sms@voismart.it (rapresent the email address that you have create only for send the sms) Object : numberoftherecipient@Domain to receive the SMS Message : the text of the SMS

   * 4)when you send the sms check if there is the internation prefix;

Is possble to send SMS also from the asterisk console, by type this command: vgsm me sms send <me> <number> <text> ES.voismart-pbx*CLI> vgsm me sms send Device_0 0039333XXXXXXX Hello
